He was booked into a county jail, where he is being held on $5,000 bond.
The accused taught Spanish at the high school where the alleged victim was enrolled during the time the supposed involvement took place. The criminal complaint filed against the teacher states that between Sept. 2016 and Jan. 2017, the teacher and the student engaged in multiple sex acts with each other. The student was apparently a minor at the time of the incidents, though news reports did not list the student’s age.
