Other Legal Services

Davis Foster holds himself out as primarily practicing in the areas of Trial Law and Personal Injury Law. This is based on criteria relating to amount of time spent in those areas and on obtaining Continuing Legal Education in those same areas. The rules applicable to lawyers allow all lawyers to practice law in all areas of the law in addition to maintaining a specific type of law practice.

It is the belief of Davis Foster that his clients want him to be able to provide legal advice in many areas of law in addition to his Trial Law and Personal Injury Law work. His goal is to be able to answer basic questions, and in situations where more specific information or advice is needed, to refer his clients to other attorneys who are versed in the specific area of law involved.

Therefore, Davis encourages his clients to bring their basic legal needs to his office with the confidence that their work will be done by Davis or by another attorney to whom Davis has referred the matter based on his prior contact with and knowledge of that attorney.
