: This is the website for the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws, and contains loads of model laws on a wide variety of topics.

: Global listings of law firms and legal resources. Located in the Netherlands and a bit graphic-heavy (so it can be slow).

: One of the best legal research sites on the net. Extensive searchable link collection covering all areas of the law and legal practice. Maintained by the Indiana University School of Law.

: An extensive, well organized collection of topical legal links. Also includes a forms library, law journal links and other pertinent sites.

: Yahoo's Law and Government Resource Page.
